For years, my exercise regimen consisted of stretching and working out with weights at my local gym. Then one day in 2006, I ventured into the group fitness room at my health club and discovered yoga. I fell in love.

Training and Education - 200 E-RYT - Levels 1 & 2, and "Art of Assisting" w/Baptiste Institute; 200 RYT Maha Shakti teacher training w/ Amy Johnson and Adri Kyser; Kundalini Yoga training, Namah Shivaya w/ Tej Monga (16 hrs.) Yoga Fit - Levels 1, 2, 3 and Anatomy and Alignment (64 hrs.). In addition to formal training, countless hours in self study of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, Light on Yoga (B.K.S. Iyengar), Heart of Yoga (T.K.V. Desakachar), Kundalini Yoga (Swami Sivananda), Autobiography of a Yogi (Paramahansa Yogananda), Bhagavad Gita, the Way of Life According to Laotzu (tao te ching) and other spiritual/mystical teachings as well as study of anatomy and physiology.

Over 30 years ago I began to practice yoga. It opened my body and mind to the power that resided in me to shape my life, and led me to explore other aspects of health and fitness. Through the years, I’ve accumulated thousands of hours of hands-on experience and an extensive background in Yoga Asana, Yoga Therapy, Meditation, Ayurveda, Anatomy and Physiology, Nutrition, Pilates, and Exercise Science.

Kim Salisbury

Since the age of 14 Kim Salisbury has been dedicated and devoted to fitness. Running, surfing, swimming, resistance training, hiking, water and snow skiing....you name it and she does it. Kim has always felt alive and invigorated when moving and challenging her body. Her passion for fitness led her to a career in personal training and later a certified Pilates instructor. With all the physical wear and tear over the years and moving all day with her profession Kim started to feel her body breaking down. She then found YOGA! Valerie Rogers passion for teaching derives from the profound transformation of her own personal life through the practice of yoga. Sally Wilkins

Sally’s life journey has taken her through a variety of careers and experiences including high fashion retail, personal assistant to several nationally known fitness personalities, and Director of a Natural Healing School. Her passion for health and wellness started over 25 years ago. After years teaching weight lifting and aerobics she started practicing yoga. Sally's introduction to yoga and meditation came at a very crucial point - actually changing the direction of her life. Yoga was a major part of her healing her clinical depression.
