Meditation/Pranayama

Jennifer Usherr RYT LMT

I stumbled into Yoga in 1998, discovering not just a physical exercise but a spiritual tool for waking us up to whom we truly are.

My studies as a teacher began with Dallas yogi, Kurt Johnsen. I continue to study in the U.S. and abroad with many international teachers. My main sources of training, in Anatomy, structure and inspiration, are Seane Corn and Tias Little. I continue to climb through the branches of yoga with more lessons in spirit and compassion to come.

Doug Keller’s background reflects a lifelong commitment to the vast field of yoga. After receiving degrees in philosophy from Georgetown and Fordham University and then teaching philosophy at a college level, he pursued a practical experience of yoga at the ashram Gurudev Siddha Peeth in India — which in turn also led him to the practice of hatha yoga as part of his overall experience of yoga.

Tara Kristof

In my early 20’s, studying consciousness, I came upon a book: Be Here Now by Ram Dass, which truly blew my mind wide open. This introduced me to yoga as a life path. Yoga has changed my life in so many ways. It has taught me to be healthier, happier, and take care of myself and others. After studying and practicing yoga for several years, I decided to follow my heart and become a teacher. I could not imagine my life without yoga. I am truly following my bliss.

Julie Wright

My yoga journey began in 1999 when I took my first yoga class. As a personal trainer and group exercise instructor, I was always looking to improve my physical condition – yes, that is why I took my first yoga class. Little did I know how the practice would change my life completely! I was very pleased with the physical benefits from yoga, and the beautiful heart-opening spiritual practice began to unfold and the love deep inside of me began to shine and I wanted to share this love! After two years of dedicated practice I began teaching yoga.
