Kirsten Joy teaches a slower flow that combines movement with a focus on the breath, allowing practitioners to skillfully move prana (life force) and experience it's effect on body, mind and energy. As a yoga scientist and meditation educator, she helps students develop an understanding of how and why the yoga works, so that they may develop, sustain and evolve their personal practice. Kirsten has her foundation in ParaYoga,  is a certified Ayurveda Counselor, and continues her studies with the tradition of the Himalayan Masters.

Practicing yoga since 2001 and teaching since 2003, Barb’s current teaching style reflects a complimentary mix of yin & yang – reinforcing a balance of strength & softness, of power & surrender, of challenge & acceptance – always acknowledging that the physical practice is but one small part of the wisdom that is yoga. Nationally recognized star of numerous best-selling dance, fitness and yoga DVD’s, Jennifer Galardi is a popular figure among top media, held in high esteem throughout the fitness industry, and adored by fans.

Nancy began a meditation practice 45 years ago and soon thereafter yoga. Since that time she has had a long, continuous love affair with the practice. Nancy spent years living in Asia where she studied meditation with monks and has travelled to India many times. She has had an opportunity to study and practice Hatha, Iyengar and Anusara styles of Yoga and with masters Tias Little, Erich Schiffmann, and John Friend. Nancy originally began teaching Anusara Yoga in 2003.
 

Tracee Stanley has been studying Yoga and Tantra since 1995. A former high level executive in the film industry for over 18 years, she began sharing her understanding of the ancient technology of Tantra when her teacher Yogarupa Rod Stryker initiated her into the lineage of Sri Vidya in 2001. She found that these practices created a foundation of balance and clarity in the fast paced world of Hollywood and was inspired to open yoga studios to share the teachings.

Lisa Clark, began her studies of BMC in 1983, she has become one of the leading innovators of the integration of Yoga and Body-Mind Centering, actively engaged in the training, teaching and development of this form for over 30 years. Lisa was the program coordinator and co-teacher with Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen of the first BMC & Yoga programs in Amherst, MA from 2000-2004. She continued as faculty and teaching assistant in the NYC program 2005-2007.

Debbie Simon, E-RYT500 Debbie has been teaching yoga since 2007 and has been in the health and wellness field since 1999. She received her RYT-200 and RYT-500 training through Blue Anjou’s Breathe into Awareness teacher training program. Known for her down to earth personality, her classes are meditative in structure without losing the physical aspect. She firmly believes meditation is the foundation of a holistic yoga practice. She is inspired by the rituals and routines of Ayurveda, yoga’s sister science, as well as its emphasis on vegetarian food.

For nearly a decade, Christina has been sharing her passion and gift for helping others live a life of balance as an avid yogi and licensed instructor. It was in 2005 when she was introduced to Ayurveda that her life was changed. Discovering this healing science that has been practiced in India for more than 5,000 years was the catalyst for SimpleVeda. At SimpleVeda, she offers one-on-one consultations in which she takes a holistic approach to helping clients adjust their lifestyles to achieve balance, reduce stress, and lessen chronic and acute health conditions.
