Event Description:

Have you ever had a meal so delicious that you want to physically, emotionally and spiritually prepare for it? Why not stretch your mind and body before indulging in a feast of Sake Ginger Glazed Salmon on Lobster/Shiso Fried Rice with Uni Butter and Shiitake Yakatori? Wouldn't a flowing vinyasa class and a backbend or two only help you fall deeper in love with Tuna Sashimi with Crushed Mango, Crystallized Ginger and Spicy Ponzu?!

Join Dallas beloved star chef and James Beard Award winner Dean Fearing and Yoga + Chocolate co-founder and bestselling author David Romanelli for an evening of deep stretches, great tunes, and the finest cuisine in all of Dallas.

The evening will begin with David's flowing yoga class whose message and music will emphasize a more sustainable pace. When we move in a frenzied way through the day, we don't eat... we "feed." This high-velocity lifestyle diminishes the flavor and essence of life. In the process, we've grown accustomed to eating on the run often being "nourished" by a bag of chips and a sandwich to go. Our palates have evolved to enjoy tastes that are invented in factories by food scientists. David and Dean will touch upon tastes, sounds, and message that arise from the earth and nourish us at every level of being.

As you enjoy a post-yoga splendor, Dean will delve deeper into the mystery of his creations which are rooted in sustainability, eco-friendly practices, local farming, and compassion. This will be the dream evening for anyone who relishes a savasana so sweet you never want it to end; a bite of food so perfect you feel like the world stopped spinning; an evening so deliciously amazing, you'll want to sign up now because it will fill up soon...
