"As individuals, we may not change the world, but through purpose-driven structured practice, we can create a collective consciousness powerful enough to bring about an atmosphere of inner harmony, and mutual love and compassion." ~Pandit Rajmani Tiguniat, Ph.D. - Spiritual Director of the Himalayan Institute.
We invite you to join us in Turning Darkness to Light: a Group Practice intended to elevate individual and collective consciousness. Awaken the intelligent energy that pulls us out of inertia, and makes us vibrant and energetic. Accelerate the path of inner fulfillment and freedom, and bring compassion and light to all those around you.
If you're asking yourself, 'what can I do in this crazy world? How can I make a difference? What's the best thing to do now?', consider joining us in this Group Practice, passed down from the living tradition of Himalayan Masters, to bring about change in the form of peace, stability and compassion.
Group Practice provides the joy of unity, of being an integral part of something so much bigger, more potent, more radiant, and more enlightened than ourselves as individuals. It’s these types of experiences that infuses our minds and hearts with vision and courage to bring an extraordinary transformation to our inner experience, as well as all around us.
Shelly Craigo from the Himalayan Institute will be on tour from mid-October to December 8th, sharing sacred practices of breath work and chanting to at least 22 cities across the US. These powerful practices are intended to elevate prana shakti, the vibrant life force. ¬
This Group Practice is FREE, and recommended for anyone who wishes to find a deeper sense of connection and support both personally and collectively.
Develop or deepeen your personal practice, enhance the world around you and inside you through group practice and personal transformation.
