Agni, Ama and digestion according to the pancha kosha model. You will leave with a thorough understanding of Ayurveda as it relates to Food and Digestion:
- The six tastes and proper diet
- Internal and external practices to regulate agni
- Developing clinical awareness of asana, pranayama, meditation and diet/lifestyle as it relates to digestion and assimilation.

Optional dinacharya self care packages can be purchased in advance and picked up at the training. Includes Neti Pot, Salt, Chywanprash, nasaya oil, sesame triphala oil, coconut oil, tongue scraper, triphala powder: $75.00. Items will also be available for sale separately to replenish as needed.
ADMINISTRATION FEE: A $100.00 administration fee will be applied to each and every cancellation/refund. Refunds less $100 can only be made up to 30 days prior to the event. After 30 days the balance less the non refundable administrative fee of $100 can be applied to a future AYS training only. Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason, including weather, traffic, illness, parking or personal emergencies.
Parking:
Due to Urban development, limited space and the exciting growth of Living Yoga Dallas events, we cannot guarantee a parking place per participant. Parking will be on a first-come, first-served basis. In the case of this event we should have no trouble with parking as our attendance is not more than the spaces available. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
