You experience something like a meditative state whenever you’re doing something you LOVE. The very phenomenon that occurs when you’re involved in something you're thoroughly immersed in, that you enjoy, whether it’s surfing, running, dancing, writing or making love.. you get absorbed in it. And for that brief time, you’re not really thinking about anything else.
If you even give 5 minutes a day to your meditation practice, you will begin to see and think differently.
