Our Mission at Powerhouse is to make yoga and Pilates accessible to everyone regardless of age, ability, fitness, strength or experience. Come to any of our classes - they are appropriate for all levels. We fully believe that consistent yoga and Pilates practice will transform your life.

We offer small group yoga and Pilates classes and also individual Pilates instruction on Pilates Reformer equipment.
