Peggy Breeze

Over 30 years ago I began to practice yoga. It opened my body and mind to the power that resided in me to shape my life, and led me to explore other aspects of health and fitness. Through the years, I’ve accumulated thousands of hours of hands-on experience and an extensive background in Yoga Asana, Yoga Therapy, Meditation, Ayurveda, Anatomy and Physiology, Nutrition, Pilates, and Exercise Science.

I’ve had the opportunity to study with many gifted teachers and what I’ve learned has not only had a positive impact on my body, but has strongly influenced my approach to wellness. I’ve come to understand that good health is a balance between our spiritual being and physical action, and I share this idea with all of my students.

Whether I’m teaching a specific posture, or using yoga to help an athlete rehabilitate a torn hamstring, I approach each of these situations with the same goal – to help my clients unify and balance their inner and outer body with their mind and spirit so that they can realize their full potential.
