Event Description:

Utilizing the 8 limbs, Luke Ketterhagen will show us how to de-stress the body and mind, de-activate the sympathetic nervous system and detox ALL other systems.

The lecture portion of the workshop will focus on the yamas/niyamas, how we integrate them into asana (postures on the mat), and how they provide preparation for pranayama (breathing techniques) for smooth transition to meditation.

The practice will include cleansing pranayama techniques, with a moderate asana practice to build a sustainable foundation, and we'll round it out with meditation techniques to help clear out unhelpful mental constructs to allow for a more purified wellbeing, ready for growth and transformation.
