THE PERSONAL REVOLUTION WEEKEND:

This empowering weekend will awaken the sacred within your body and soul. Whether you are a brand new beginner to yoga or a seasoned practitioner — Baron Baptiste offers you the ultimate life transformation program: The Personal Revolution Weekend. You will emerge lighter, focused and empowered.

Things that seem impossible when you first arrive will become proud memories and powerful metaphors for the rest of your life — regardless of your current physical condition or athletic skill. Individuals from their early 20's to late-60's, all discovering what they are truly capable of, will surround you. By the end of your Personal Revolution Weekend you won't just know about physical and spiritual disciplines that can change your life forever… you will live them. If you are looking for increased strength and stamina, a renewed mental edge or a deeper spiritual experience, the Personal Revolution Weekend can take you there. In this unique and inspiring weekend, Baron introduces you to his own Power Vinyasa Yoga training program.

Students will learn how to integrate universal and timeless physical and spiritual principles into a potent and creative Power Vinyasa Yoga practice with a constant emphasis on gentleness and acceptance. Uniting bio-mechanical precision with strength and an open heart — we will synergistically work to dissolve energy blocks, held emotions and limiting perceptions. Learn how to excavate your ideal practice, free your true self and transform your life with yoga.

Now it's up to you! If you have the slightest interest - do not hesitate to register. The number of spaces is limited. We process registrations on a first come first serve basis.

The program will begin on Friday evening at 7:00 pm, and conclude at the end of the following day. Friday evening's class will lay the foundation for your practice and challenge you to step up to your own Revolution. The group will be split into beginner and intermediate levels for the Saturday morning class, based on your selection indicated on your registration, thereby creating the opportunity to work more deeply on your specific challenges. Everyone will come back together on Saturday afternoon for a final discussion and an afternoon class.

Beginners and all levels welcome.

About this Presenter:

Baron teaches thousands of people of all abilities and all walks of life — NFL athletes, people struggling to control their weight, over-stressed, ambitious Type-A personalities, Hollywood celebrities; they all benefit. At the Baptiste Power Yoga Institute in Boston and Cambridge the diversity of the students is evident on a daily basis: there are surgeons, nannies, carpenters, housewives, writers, students, professional athletes, cancer patients, people living with the entire range of degenerative illnesses, the old, the young; the list does not end. In Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga America has found its Yoga!

Through rigorous study in India and America that began at the early age of 12 years old, Baron has created a yoga practice without boundaries — it is a dynamic combination of strength, sweat and spirituality. It heals, detoxifies and electrifies the body and mind at their deepest levels. With this practice, Baron has knocked yoga off of its pedestal and demystified it by bringing it into people's lives across America.

Baron is the son of two of America's yoga pioneers and is the third generation in his family to transform Yoga in America. For the past 17 years, he has brought his charismatic and masterful teaching skills to students and teachers all over the world. He has trained extensively in classical yoga traditions, as well as the more physical Ashtanga, Iyengar and Bikram styles of yoga and integrated this wealth of experience into an amazing process, which is accessible to all that desire true and lasting transformation.
