Yoga Nidra/Relaxation

Christina Vargas, A.H.P

For nearly a decade, Christina has been sharing her passion and gift for helping others live a life of balance as an avid yogi and licensed instructor. It was in 2005 when she was introduced to Ayurveda that her life was changed. Discovering this healing science that has been practiced in India for more than 5,000 years was the catalyst for SimpleVeda. At SimpleVeda, she offers one-on-one consultations in which she takes a holistic approach to helping clients adjust their lifestyles to achieve balance, reduce stress, and lessen chronic and acute health conditions.

Certifications:

Christina became a certified yoga instructor in 2005 and then graduated from the California College of Ayurveda in 2009, where she studied to be an Ayurvedic Health Practitioner, Ayurvedic Chef and Ayurvedic Herbalist. She and her husband reside in the Dallas area and enjoy being in nature, gardening, hiking, and spending time with their 2 children.

Tara Kristof

In my early 20’s, studying consciousness, I came upon a book: Be Here Now by Ram Dass, which truly blew my mind wide open. This introduced me to yoga as a life path. Yoga has changed my life in so many ways. It has taught me to be healthier, happier, and take care of myself and others. After studying and practicing yoga for several years, I decided to follow my heart and become a teacher. I could not imagine my life without yoga. I am truly following my bliss.
